Aly Young
Founder

Aly Young has been a Solicitor for more than 30 years. She has never lost sight of what drove her to be a lawyer in the first place, her desire to help people.
Aly has worked in London City firms, in-house with Plc’s, and as a self-employed Consultant for the last 10 years.
Launching her own law firm in March 2022, AY Business Law has been designed from the ground up with owner-managed business in mind.
From simple and seamless on-boarding procedures, transparent pricing, straight-talking, effective, commercially focused business advice, that gets to the point, quickly, easily and simply, allowing you to get on with running your business.
Jayne Denneny

A highly experienced VA, Jayne is responsible for onboarding our clients, carrying out AML checks and other due diligence, preparing all client paperwork, handling enquiries and her creative skills are put to work in preparing marketing material, including handling social media activity.
There is literally nothing she cannot do and since joining the team 4 years ago, Aly has been able to double the turnover of AY Business Law

Nigel has been a business owner for over 30 years. He has a background in the media industry and a creative flair. As a former journalist he is well versed in the need for accuracy and attention to detail. He is AY Business Law’s go to technical expert and a dab hand at managing the data rooms needed for our business sales. Cool, calm and collected, he is adept at supporting business owners manage the weight of due diligence. Aly’s other half in life as well as in business, this is a great partnership, building on individual strengths and expertise.”

Sue and Aly first worked together some 10 years or so ago. Sue has more than 20 years’ experience as a company secretary and having worked at a leading accounting practice in Kent, set up her own consultancy in 2024.
Aly is absolutely thrilled that she has the opportunity to work again with Sue. An expert in producing the paperwork needed for companies, Sue is a vital member of our transactional team, drafting the necessary board minutes, resolutions and other documents required to implement the deal.
