AY Business Law helped us with the sale of our private family company into a bigger corporate in the same sector.

My Mum and I had run the business since my father had passed away several years before. A few buyers had been interested in the company and Aly helped us evaluate the different offers on the table and decide which one was right for us.

The sale involved detailed due diligence on behalf of the buyer and a complicated payment structure.
