We weren’t quite ready to sell but we got a good offer so decided to proceed.

Because we hadn’t expected to sell when we did, there was quite a few gaps in our paperwork and procedures. Aly helped us through these wobbles and did a great job of persuading the PE buyer that these shouldn’t stand in the way of the sale.

We didn’t have anyone in-house to help with the due diligence but Nigel was on hand to support us.

We had quite a pushy broker on the deal and Aly helped us assert ourselves and not be pushed into going ahead until we were ready.

They have both been on hand during what has been quite a difficult earn out period. They always find time to speak to us, nothing is ever too much trouble and you don’t feel like the fee clock is ticking every time they pick up the phone to you.
